AT A GLANCE
01 / PROFILE
My career spans enterprise technology, international media operations, communications infrastructure, cloud transformation, entrepreneurship and hands-on engineering.
I have built technology functions, led international teams, modernised infrastructure and cloud platforms, and integrated acquisitions in complex organisations, including private equity-backed environments. My work has involved partnering with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, boards and investors on priorities, risks and delivery outcomes.
I combine commercial awareness with an engineering mindset: understanding the business objective, the technical constraints and what it takes to deliver lasting change.
02 / SELECTED IMPACT
Selected examples of technology delivery, integration and commercial outcomes.
Across my career, led migrations involving more than 40,000 accounts and approximately 360TB of data; a recent programme included 41 servers migrated to cloud.
Integrated seven acquisitions, involving approximately 6,500 users across 11 operational locations.
Established five IT functions during my career. In my most recent role, built a fully internal support organisation, replacing outsourced day-to-day IT support within 12 months and delivering approximately 95% of transformation initiatives in-house.
In my most recent role, delivered more than £165,000 in recurring annual savings and avoided approximately £350,000 in external consultancy expenditure.
Worked across eight countries through direct operations, international collaboration and remote support coordination; managed 24/7 broadcast technology environments.
Reduced first human response from two hours to 15 minutes and service resolution times by approximately 80%, with only one service desk SLA breach over five years.

05 / BEYOND TECHNOLOGY
Engineer. Entrepreneur. Musician. Builder.
Technology has never been just a profession for me. Long before leading international teams, integrating acquisitions and delivering enterprise transformation programmes, I was building systems, repairing equipment, experimenting with electronics and exploring how technology could solve practical problems. That curiosity continues to shape how I approach leadership today.
I enjoy understanding how things work and finding ways to make them work better. My interests span electronics, embedded systems, radio communications and practical engineering. I use Fusion 360 for functional designs and experiment with 3D printing, CNC machining and laser cutting to turn ideas into practical projects.
Woodworking and carpentry have been part of my life for more than 35 years. The patience, precision, planning and attention to detail involved in craftsmanship closely reflect the principles I bring to technology architecture, engineering and organisational transformation.
Music has been part of my life since the age of seven. I have performed publicly and participated in bands and musical ensembles. I play accordion, keyboards, Cretan laouto, Cretan boulgari and ethnic percussion. Music has taught me the value of discipline, creativity, collaboration and listening.
Founding and running my own technology company taught me to take responsibility for customers, employees, commercial decisions and outcomes. I also served for 18 months in the Hellenic Army, reaching the rank of Sergeant—an experience that reinforced teamwork, accountability and disciplined decision-making.
Throughout my life I have been driven by a desire to understand how things work, how they can be improved and how they can be built. Whether leading organisational transformation, growing a business, designing a system, creating a prototype, performing music or crafting something by hand, the same principles apply: curiosity, discipline, craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
